Just a note to party guests: We realize you’re in a hurry to get here and that “it’s just this one car, this one time” from your perspective. But rude parking is a perpetual nuisance for my neighbors, and that’s not good for my ability to stay in business. The same must be said for guests who stand out on the street making noise or smoking and leaving litter on the curbs – I know you’re harmless, but it’s just a little unnerving for the people who live nearby. Please try to put yourselves in my neighbors’ shoes and consider how you’d want the people who visit your street to behave.
If you’ve been invited to one of our larger events, you’ve been asked to use our remote parking lot. PLEASE come just a few minutes early and let us shuttle you in. There isn’t a lot of space on Batavia as a rule, and if you do park at a red curb or block someone’s driveway, be assured that my neighbors will have you ticketed by the time cocktail hour is over…they’ve got the parking police on speed-dial.

IMPORTANT: As of June 2011, Parking for French Estate Weddings has been modified in a small but important way. It’s still the Batavia Woods medical offices at the corner of La Veta and Batavia, but guests MUST park in spaces adjacent to the 725 Building, on the Northeastern or Parker Street-side of the complex. There are 87 spaces available just in front of the building, around to the right, and behind it, which we may use. The shuttle driver will stop in front of the 725 building for pickup.
