The basic facility rental rate when we’re not catering is $100 per hour  for groups of 50 or less, and $300 per hour for groups of  50 – 150.   We provide tables, chairs, linens, a coordinator, and mandatory parking service for groups of more than 50.

We’re also happy to cater custom menus in-house.  Bring us the seed of an idea and we’ll work with you to create a unique and memorable event.  We love variety at The French Estate…the more personal, the better.  We’ve prepared grandma’s traditional Czech recipes for a family gathering, hosted costumed, custom written murder mysteries, even allowed a group of Japanese business men to analyze the contents of our cupboards in an attempt to understand American consumerism.  It’s all good fun!
